Objective
In this project, a combined audio and text model is developed to predict the sentiment of the incoming speech.
The purpose of the project is focused on implementing the model in the IVR automatic response device of the MásMóvil Call Centre.
The innovation in it is present by coupling both models to extrapolate the sentiment of the words, reinforcing the prediction.
For the deployment of the final prototype a Bot has been developed in Telegram available for testing.
